Privacy Policy
How WIWU EUROPE handles information while you browse and, later, when you shop. Last updated: 26 October 2026. Draft for legal review.
1. Who is responsible
Wiwu Europe Innovation SL (Automotive goods), C/ Papiro 7-9, Fuenlabrada, Spain. RegmerRegistro Mercantil B22575989. EUIDES28065.082372461. Website: wiwueurope.com. Email: [email protected]. Phone: +34 918 54 41 28.
2. What we collect today
The store has no customer accounts, newsletter subscriptions or payment collection. If you send a contact enquiry, we collect your name, email, topic, optional product or vehicle reference and message to answer it. Messages are stored in Lovable Cloud; retention and access procedures require seller review before launch. Do not send payment details or sensitive personal information.
Your chosen currency, wishlist and shopping bag are saved in your own browser. Checking bag prices does not create an order. If you save an unpaid order request, your name, email, optional notes and a snapshot of the selected products and reference prices are stored privately in Lovable Cloud to review your enquiry. No delivery address or payment details are collected. Requests are not accepted sales and do not reserve stock. Retention periods and seller contact arrangements still require confirmation; there are no automatic email notifications.
3. Technical information
Like every website, our hosting provider receives technical request data such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure. Retention periods for these logs must be confirmed with the hosting provider before launch.
4. Third-party services
Exchange rates are fetched by our server from Frankfurter (European Central Bank reference rates); your personal data is not sent to them. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser downloads them.
5. When orders open
To complete an order we will need your contact details, delivery address and order contents. We will only use them to fulfil the order, meet legal obligations (such as tax records) and handle returns or complaints. Payment details will be handled by a payment provider — we will never store card numbers.
6. Legal bases
Delivering the website relies on legitimate interest. Fulfilling an order relies on performing a contract. Keeping tax records relies on legal obligation. Any marketing would require your consent first.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, and object to processing. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Send these requests to [email protected].
8. Changes
We will update this policy whenever our processing changes and show the date of the latest version at the top.
